Brass Aggregation is the dream founded by owner and Managing Director Marcus O’Brien

Forming Brass is a culmination of sharing his love and passion of brass music, utilising many years of experience gained for mortgage broking and aggregation along with a common interest in finance lending of earning brass dollars for revenue.

We build and maintain relationships with all Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Industry business partners through our integrity, reputation and professionalism.
We provide Business Strategy and Education Learning support for Mortgage Brokers on the move who want to successfully grow their own business.
We use the best market leading broker software Salestrekker CRM and technology support for your compliance obligations.

Commissions and Lenders

Generous commission splits are payable to brokers to commensurate based on whether your are new to industry or have many years level of experience.

Commissions are paid 2 times monthly direct to your bank account with standard RCTI reports provided. All commission rates are payable as determined by the lender agreements.

Extensive list of lenders to choose from across residential, commercial, asset finance, personal loans & insurance providers Mortgage Brokers can apply for these accreditations.

Monthly direct debit fee to cover the usage of your authorised credit representative appointment. You can also add as many additional services from our Menulog to suit your needs.

Compliance and Technology

We utilise market leading CRM broker software Salestrekker which helps maintain all of your compliance requirements.
Workshop and webinar support for online training and compliance assistance.

Mentoring service is available for new to industry brokers with 12 learning modules required to be completed.

Marketing content is available to save you time or you can customise to suit whilst integrating templates and distribute to your clients within our software solutions.

Monthly direct debit fee covers the usage of your Broker software licence login. You can obtain additional administration user logins for your loans processing or support staff as required.

Education and Training

Business planning strategy and coaching sessions are available on request.

Brokers are able to participate in various education and learning events to keep up to date with the latest industry developments whilst maintaining your CPD hours.
